Our Story
It all started with a shared frustration — and a question nobody in the market was asking.
The RFP automation market had been growing for years. Tools claiming to use AI to answer questionnaires were everywhere. The pitch was always the same: upload your documents, import your RFP, get answers in minutes. Fast. Easy. Done.
But every proposal team that used those tools faced the same hidden problem: the generated answers couldn't be trusted without re-reading everything. Somebody still had to verify each claim by hand — searching through the original documents to confirm that the AI hadn't invented a certification, inflated an SLA, or cited a policy that no longer existed. The tool saved time generating. It cost time verifying.
We thought there was a better design: what if verification wasn't a manual step that came after AI generation — but a first-class feature built into the generation process itself? What if every answer came with a source quote, a classification, and a clear signal about what was proven and what wasn't?
That question became Savix. Founded to build a new category — not just faster RFP software, but the first RFP platform where every generated claim is accountable to evidence.
Our Mission
Make every submitted answer provably true
The RFP response is a legal and commercial document. When a company claims to be SOC 2 certified, HIPAA compliant, or ISO 27001 accredited in a vendor questionnaire, that claim has consequences. Contracts are signed on it. Procurement decisions are made based on it. Regulatory exposure follows from it.
Savix's mission is to eliminate the gap between what AI generates and what a company can actually stand behind. We do this through Evidence Verification — a four-state classification engine that maps every AI-generated claim to a direct quote in your source documents, classifies it as supported, partially supported, unsupported, or rescued, and flags everything that needs human review before submission.
The word we are building toward is “verified.” In the same way that e-signatures made execution trustworthy and SOC 2 made cloud security auditable, we want Savix to make AI-generated RFP responses something you can submit with confidence — not hope.
What We Believe
Evidence beats confidence scores
Confidence scores are estimates. Evidence is proof. A 94% confidence score on a compliance claim is not the same as a direct quote from your SOC 2 report confirming it. We built Savix on the conviction that answers to high-stakes questionnaires should be traceable — not probable.
Your documents are your source of truth
Savix never generates answers from generic AI training data. Every answer comes exclusively from documents you upload. Your SOC 2, your policies, your architecture docs.
